Rich found out at 5am this morning that there is a kidney waiting for him in Miami! An incredibly difficult journey has brought him to this day, but a long road of recovery still leads ahead.

Rich will be in the hospital for at least a week and then will need to live in Miami, near the transplant hospital, for 3-4 months so that he can be accessible to his doctor and have ongoing check ups. 

During the first three weeks he will need care that will be provided by his family and friends (thank you!!). After that, he should be fine to live on his own. But he will need a place to stay during the recovery.

We ask for your help in raising funds for Rich's accommodations, meals and transportation to/from the hospital for the next several months.  Rich has always been a selfless, humble man — a loving father and brother and a great friend to many. Please show him your support during this difficult time in his life.
