My brother, Rich Korona, recently underwent emergency brain surgery to remove a large tumor.

At that time he was diagnosed with glioblastoma grade 4 (an aggressive form of brain cancer). He is currently undergoing daily chemotherapy and radiation treatments. Anyone who knows Rich can imagine he is approaching this challenge with his signature sense of humor and will be keeping his doctors and nurses entertained.

Unfortunately, the tumor has also caused some speech difficulties, but he is attending speech therapy twice weekly to regain normal function.

Rich and his wife Linda are self-employed small business owners in Peoria, Arizona. The time away from their flooring business for treatment and the side effects of the tumor means a loss of income, in addition to their mounting medical bills.

Many friends and family have been reaching out to see how they can help Rich and Linda so I created this account.
