Richard C. Wiley Jr Funeral and Burial Services

Ricky Wiley, brother to Ryan, Chloe, Sofia and Ethan Wiley, Son of Lidija Wiley, passed away unexpectedly on February 10th. He was the best of us, and beyond that exemplified the essence of what people call a good person. He was an amazing person who loved everyone and everything good in this world. He will be dearly missed.

Unfortunately, his disowned and disgruntled "Father" has used this as an opportunity to attack the family and cause as much pain as possible to anyone who knew and cared for this wonderful person. Ricky left no will, but wanted nothing more than what was easiest and painless as possible fore those left behind when he passed. We had spoken numerous times of the subject, yet not having left proof of this, my word is hearsay. Due to this, our ex Father has chose to refuse to let him be cremated, claiming Ricky was to drugged out for the last 15+ years go decide for himself. He then chose to speak at the funeral as an attempt to attack our Mother, Lidija Wiley. Fortunately, my brother Ryan had the foresight to hire Police security for the Celebration of Life, knowing Richard Sr would do something to make the funeral about Richard Sr, not the life of Richard Jr. and attack the family during it. Within 60 seconds of his "speach" he began yelling and verbally assaulting Ricky's character, and when told to stop, he chose to attack my Mother, and we had to have him escorted from the stage.

After the Celebration of Life, during a meeting with the funeral home director, he made it known that he would stall things as long as possible, and in his own words, "...until my sons corpse rots to nothing..." before he would let him be burned, and that the only thing he would agree to is a burial on his personal property, and that he would not pay nor help pay for a single thing. He has contributed in no way except to cause pain during this time of grief and suffering. Eventually we decided that it would be so costly, so painful for everyone to have to fight him in court, Ricky would have just told us to bury him, but NOT on his ex Father's property. He hated his Father and would never have wanted him to be in Control of his vessel. So we agreed to bury him, in a cemetery of our choosing, as we do not need his permission for any sort of burial, only cremation.

Regardless of his legal right, he is not attempting to sue and stall the proceedings again because he did not get his way. He told us that the only way he would agree to this, is if we gave him a MINIMUM of 3 to 4 weeks notice before the burial. We know that at this point, even if we agreed to bury him on his property, even if that were legal (which it is not without an extensive, time intensive, costly process) he would find some way to desecrate our brothers remains. His only intention is to cause pain, and due to a long legal battle with him prior to Ricky's passing over the past 6 years, he has financially destroyed our family.

This is why I am here, we could barely afford the services, let alone another $10,000 for a proper burial in a place Ricky would like. So our only choice is to sell everything we possibly can and go into debt to make sure our brother and son is lain to rest properly. I am begging any of you who have a brother, son, friend or loved one whom you care about, to aid us in our time of need. Any normal human being would want one of their own to be truly put to rest, and we need your help to do this without putting ourselves into complete financial ruin. My amazing family has gone through so much on our own, and we just cannot do so anymore. I cannot continue to watch the pain that this is causing the people I love.

Please, I am crying out for help to anyone who can donate absolutely anything in our time of need, to help put to rest one of the creators true masterpieces to rest. My brother has found his way to the next level, but we still need help to finish his journey.
