Hello all, I would like to begin by giving you a little background on Ribtown BBQ.  Starting this business and being able to share the love for home style cooking has always been a life long dream for me and my wife, Regina. In March of 2019, our dream was finally a reality.  We  were fortunate and blessed enough to purchase a food trailer with the help of  friends and family who believed in us.  Additionally, we re-constructed a 500 gallon propane tank into an off-set smoker. Aside from the excitement and pride that came from starting this venture, our first year of business had the usual ups and downs any new business faces but as always we found a way to hang in there.  By the end of 2019, we were looking forward to 2020 with a positive attitude and better understanding of our mistakes. Fast forwarding to March 19, 2020 was the start of COVID-19 shut down in Los Angeles, California.  The shutdown and devastating pandemic that is COVID has definitely affected our business financially and us as individuals from a mental standpoint but we refuse to throw in the towel just yet!  These trying times are what humble us to ask for your support now.  From one community member to another, please consider donating. We really want to be here to serve the city of LA some true homestyle barbecue for the long haul.  Every penny counts but even if you can not donate to our fundraiser, please share with others and we would love to feed you when we re-open on March 5th.
