FIRE HIT RIBALTA. HELP US & OUR FAMILIES RECOVER

On the evening of Sunday, May 18th, the flue of one of our two ovens caught fire, causing significant damage to Ribalta.

The restaurant suffered serious damage. From the very beginning, Ribalta has been working tirelessly to clean up and reopen as soon as possible, but as of today, the road ahead still looks quite long.

Given the already challenging times for the hospitality industry in New York, Ribalta’s staff is also feeling the impact. Through this campaign, we aim to raise funds to immediately support the lost income of our more than 50 employees.
