RHYS THE EB FIGHTER

Hi. We are fundraising to help raise funds for the upcoming funeral of Rhys.

Rhys is currently on end of life his little body has given up the fight. A little bit of the story.

Rhys was born in 2005 with Epidermolysis bullosa his parents were told he wouldn't reach double figures and have done nowt but make each year special after that. He recently turned 18 (September) and a couple of week ago he was admitted to hospital very poorly. The parents were told he had sepsis and after treatment rhys seemed to perk up. He was ready to be discharged Tuesday but early hours Monday morning he deteriorated and was put on end of life. They stopped all antibiotics and oxygen Tuesday night when he had another episode and nearly died. They had given rhys a few days and he's now being moved to a hospice where he can be comfortable.

We are starting this fund raiser now so we can give rhys the send off he deserves. The funeral director has been in and taken all the details and everything is being put into place so it's less strain on the family in the coming days/week.
