Where do we even begin – the Garcia family are just heartbroken.
We were beginning to come to terms with the loss of our younger brother Aaron (Azz) who sadly passed away in November 2020. Then this week hit us – we tragically lost our older brother Rhys the evening of 27th January 2021 and then on the following morning our dad, Rudy, passed away in his sleep. We lost both to COVID.
To our family, friends and those who knew Rhys and our dad we thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the overwhelming love and support you have shown us over the last couple of days – it has been much needed.
Many of you have asked if there is anything more you can do to help. We have setup this fund to cover the funeral costs to lay to rest our dear brother and father. If by any chance we raise more than what is needed for the funeral we will give to my mum. Donations to this fund will be appreciated.
A date for a joint funeral has yet to be arranged. We will post an update as soon as we have details.
We ask you to keep our mum in your thoughts and prayers. Losing both sons and a husband in such a short period of time is simply unbelievable. Your love will give her the strength she so desperately needs right now.
To Rhys and dad – we love you and miss you so much. May you both rest in eternal peace.
