Hi I’m Tom, and I’ve established a fund in memory of my brother Rhys to grant people a help in hand with costs towards musical theatre at universities across the country. Funding has been cut by the government for Welsh students to study outside of wales leaving a lot of people with no option but to stay in wales. Rhys would be thriving in university right now and I would love to give someone an opportunity to go for their dreams
