Rhyl RFC Telegraph pole carry
Donation protected
Hi, the gents at Rhyl Rugby Club will be taking part in a sponsored telegraph pole carry on December 21st, the pole is 9 metres long and 10” in diameter and will be carried in turn by the youth and senior rugby teams. We will be starting at Rhyl rugby club and making our way to Kinmel bay then head back to the club. At no time there and back can the log touch the ground. The players will be swapping over to share the weight and enjoy the banter along the way.
The money raised will be split between MNDA charity and Rhyl youth and senior rugby tour, where they will be representing Rhyl rugby club playing a local team to the tour destination. A very well deserved tour for the lads, who have all put in many gruelling seasons to improve the teams at the club. We have chosen MNDA as it is a charity that isn’t spoken about enough, affecting not just past rugby players but more and more people with sadly no cure.
Please donate if you can, every little helps and give the gents the encouragement they need to smash this fundraiser
