Hello Everyone I was diagnosed with Cardiomyopathy which required me to need a heart transplant. The favor of God has blessed me with a new Heart but unfortunately this a long and expensive recovery process. Once I'm discharged from the rehabilitation process It will require me to travel back to Philadelphia once a week for 4 months, then twice a month for 4 months finally down to once a month. I will also have to take 30 prescriptions twice a day that all not covered by my health provider. My doctors have told me this new heart will get me back to a normal life and I'm looking forward to new adventures Thank you in advance for giving and even those that want to give but are not able.
