With a heavy heart, I find myself asking for help during one of the most painful moments of my life. I recently lost my job, and my husband has not been able to work enough to support us, leaving our family without a stable income. I am the primary caregiver for my elderly mother who is battling Alzheimer’s, my elderly sister with mental health challenges, and I am also raising a 14-year-old child who depends on me for everything. We are now facing the very real possibility of losing our home, and the fear is overwhelming. I am doing my best to stay strong, but I cannot do this alone.
