In February, Ruston High's varsity boys won the 2020 LHSSA State Indoor Championship. The team, led by Head Coach Allen Whitaker, could not wait to begin their outdoor season and had been practicing daily until Friday, March 13th. Their season was ended abruptly, and we want to make certain each young man has something to remember as history was made -it was the 1st state championship indoor trophy ever brought back to Ruston High School and the first indoor trophy returning to Bearcat country in 13 years! Ruston's Varsity Boys' Track & Field history includes State Indoor Runner-Up trophies in 1998, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, and 2007. 

We want every member of this special indoor track team to have the opportunity to wear a state championship ring so they will remember for the rest of their lives what they accomplished this year. We hope that you will consider a small donation to support this effort to make this dream a reality.
