Rhonda’s cancer battle

So mom ( Rhonda ) was flown to unmc on Sunday afternoon in Omaha and has been on a vent for a few days now. She got news no one wants to hear and found out she has leukemia. They let us know it is AML but haven’t got the final results back yet to be certain. It is going to be a battle going forward and as I write this they are hoping to get her off vent today but currently remains in the ICU at the Buffet Treatment Center at UNMC. Anyone that knows dad (Larry) he will not leave her side. They both have too much pride to reach out for help and both will probably not like that we are asking for help for them. They are saying 2 weeks minimum and or up to 2 months up here in Omaha. We are asking for help to travel and hotel expense as it will all add up over time. Any little bit will help them out and will take the stress off of them about expenses like these. We appreciate you all and love you all and if you cannot donate please just keep the prayers coming in as she will need as many as she can get going forward.
