Rhonda Shouse passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, March 25th 2017. Rhonda was a loving Mother of two, Alexandra (Aaron) Moeller and Cynthia Shouse. Rhonda also had two beautiful grandchildren whom she adored. Rhonda was a passionate advocate for those with mental illness, she had a big heart and was a compassionate leader, showing bravery in the public forum. She was nothing less than a hero to many. Rhonda’s legacy will live on and she will be greatly missed by her family and all her friends.

Memorial Donations will be distributed to Mental Health Organizations, an Established Pug Rescue, and final expenses.
