Rhiannon’s Heart Transplant

Hey everyone I started this go fund me for my niece Rhiannon Greco. A few days ago she received a life saving heart transplant! Rhi is an amazing single mom of two beautiful daughters, Edie and Isabella. I’ve started this go fund me to collect some money for her and her amazing little girls during this incredibly stressful and straining time. Despite the incredible life Rhi has ahead of her thanks to this gift she has received, this is a very tight time for her family. Any donations will go towards things such as house bills, medical bills, meals, necessities, and activities for the kids, as well as money to help Rhiannon be financially stable once she’s home and recovering.
