Hi everyone!

My name is Jennifer Santti. This fundraiser is for one of the most important people in my life—my brother, David Boucher.

I would like to tell you a little about him. At 35 years old, he's facing one of the biggest challenges of his life. He has been diagnosed with advanced heart failure, which has dramatically changed his life and left him in need of a transplant. He is from Titusville and attended Astronaut High School. During his youth, he enjoyed playing football and baseball and maintained good health until approximately two years ago. Unfortunately, he experienced a severe bout of pneumonia, which subsequently led to heart failure. He is presently residing in the hospital while awaiting a heart.
