Hi, I'm Luann Lipson, and I'm raising funds so my family and I can keep our house. My husband and I have gone through many struggles over the past years. My husband has had to bury his daughter, and he was diagnosed with small cell lung cancer and had to undergo Chemotherapy and Radiation which has caused heart failure.

Even with all of our struggles my husband was able to start a lawn care company that focused on helping others currently on cancer treatment and those survivors to keep their lawns cut and beautiful. Our business wound up being very successful until COVID hit. New York State stepped in and wouldn't allow us to work during the pandemic using the excuse that there were plenty of other companies in our area. This in turn ended our business. My husband Jeff still goes out and helps cancer patients with their lawns. If you could see the struggles he has helping these people, because of his own health, it would bring tears to your eyes.

In Jeff's journeys of helping people, he met a gentleman with no family who currently is battling cancer and severe mental struggles who was becoming homeless. With out a second thought, Jeff moved this gentleman into our home, and we have been helping take care of him for the past two years.

I myself, Luann, while helping others have injured my back and am currently waiting for back surgery.

Not only have we moved a complete stranger into our home, but we have also taken in our son and grandson as well.

We have rescued huskie's that were at risk of being put down. Some have been abused, and we have taken the time to re-habilitate them. We currently have four huskies in our home that were unadoptable and facing death.

Unfortunately, we have an adjustable-rate mortgage with payments that are now insane. We have done everything possible to keep up but have unfortunately fallen several months behind. Our lender will not work with us and are now starting the foreclosure process. The only thing that they are willing to do now is to pay our loan in full, in the amount of $145,000. We have sold everything we can, we have cashed in all of our retirements, we have nothing left to get rid of.... If we could keep our home, we can continue helping other cancer patients. We can continue rescuing huskies that are in danger. Myself, my husband, my son, my grandson and Mike will continue to have a roof over our heads.
