Support Needed for Life-Saving Cancer Surgery

Hello, my name is Roger Young. Many of you may know me from my years in the hospitality industry, where I've had the pleasure of meeting and working with so many of you. Today, however, I’m reaching out personally, in a moment of great need for my family.

I'm raising funds for my wife who is facing a new battle with cancer. Despite her incredible strength, the disease has been spreading, and her doctors have recommended another urgent surgery—the second one this year. This surgery is critical, but my insurance requires a $25,000 plus deductible to be met before we can proceed.

Given the economic challenges we’ve faced this year, compounded by recent storms and Laura’s inability to work due to her health, this expense has become overwhelming.

Every donation will go directly toward covering this surgery, giving her a fighting chance. With your support, we’re hopeful that Laura will have many more years to enjoy with our grandkids and our family.

Having already faced the profound loss of our daughter in 2016, I am determined to do everything I can to keep her here, especially for our grandkids who dearly needs their “Gramma” around.
