On April 2nd 2007 i began a journey that has shaped and changed my life in so many good ways. I, as a singl man was given custody of twins. A boy, Aidin and a girl, Tuesday. Aidin had a diagnosis of an extreme form of cerebral palsy and required around the clock care. Doctors told me that they didn't think that he would live to see 5 years old. But, due to the dedication and love of his medical team and nurses that provided his care, he proved that wrong. He was a fighter and taught myself and everyone he came into contact with so much about life and taking nothing for granted. Unfortunately in January of last year, he developed an intestinal blockage that he couldn't shake. With being of lower income, I can't afford to give him a proper gravesite or stone. I would like to see him with a proper place for his sister and I to spread his ashes and be able to visit. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Even if it is just kind words. Thank you for taking the time to read this. I thank everyone in advance. Hug your children a little tighter today. Tell them that you love them one extra time. Thank you again. Any and all excess donations will be split between and donated to March of dimes and make a wish foundation. As a sidenote to how I came to have custody , I was married to their mother. We were married before they were born, so my name is on the both certificates. It has always been easier to explain my situation, in my mind, saying that they were adopted. I now understand that my way of explaining could and did cause confusion. thank you all for taking the time to read and allow me to clear that fact up.
