Fireman Jake Evans

As most of you know my brother Jake Evans was in a car accident on January 29th 2016. The truck is totalled and he is in critical condition at Albany Med. As of right now he has a broken femur, pelvis, collar bone, and facial bones. He is going to be out of school, work, the Wilton Fire Department, and the Moreau EMS. My family will be missing a lot of work to take care of him when he can come home. Until he comes home we will be traveling from saratoga to albany a few times a day. He will be 17 on February 2nd and i hope we can make his birthday the best even though it will be spent in the hospital.
