As a mother, Never in a million years do you think it's you till your facing this type of situation.. Shamir is my 19 year old son , a  Pottstown High School graduate, and had then went off to East Stroudsberg University.. Only in his first semester to find out that he  has a cancer known as sarcoma and is already at stage (4), not just cancer, but in four different areas of his body, with a numerous amount of tumors...It all happened in a matter of days that we recieved all of this information.. Just days prior too, Shamir was doing most of what he was known for.. Basketball!!!!.. Now this?? However.. He's a fighter and always has been... We are asking for your help to get us through these trying times with medical expenses, denied treanrments due to insurance, continuous hospital stays, lost wages, gas cost.... ect... If you could in anyway help, Shamir still has a chance at his future as an early childhood educator,, to show kids there's so much in life to fight for...
