My name is Alicia and I’m the daughter of Walter. I decided to start this GoFundMe after he was diagnosed with stage 3 neuroendocrine carcinoma of the stomach. Walter was told that he would have to go through three rounds of chemo and immunotherapy before having additional imaging to determine if his tumor has shrunk enough to have surgery. Walter has completed his first round and will be starting another round in a little over a week. Unfortunately, Walter is unable to work as a truck driver during this time and we are now experiencing financial hardship between medical bills and regular everyday expenses.

Walter is walking this journey with enough faith to fight this fight, and with his family and friends, we will support him and my mom, who is working and caring for him during this time.
