The Reynolds Girls
This story begins in 2002 when mutual friends thought Kino and Candy would make an adorable couple. Obviously they agreed because within one year the two were engaged and married. By January 2007 they were the proud parents of two little girls, Morgan and Jordyn. During this time, Kino was teased by family who described him as “being full of girls”.
By the end of that year, the love story would be interrupted by a major curve ball. For no explained reason, Kino’s heart began to fail. Defying the odds, in 2008 Kino was blessed to become a heart transplant recipient and gained a second chance at life. During the next seven years, his girls became the passion of his life. He became a stay at home dad with his days highlighted by dropping off and picking them up from school as well as helping them fall asleep at night. It’s no wonder Morgan often said, “My Daddy is my best friend”.
In 2010, Candace and Kino gave birth to their third daughter, Kailyn and seven months ago, the couple learned they were pregnant with their fourth daughter, little Londyn due in May. During a routine follow up visit, Kino’s heart suddenly stopped with no warning. On Feb. 27th, the Reynolds girls’ friend, nanny, chauffeur and Daddy was called home to heaven. His beautiful wife and four daughters are left to carry on his legacy and memory.
True to his godly character, Kino was always concerned with the well-being of all his girls – wife and daughters. We are calling on family and friends to help keep his passion. All donations will go towards Morgan, Jordyn, Kailyn, and Londyn’s future needs and education. Thank you
