My name is Jessica and this is my dog Reyna. Reyna was born with a congenital heart disease that limits her daily activity. I’m raising money to help with medical bills and surgery. Her disease has a high probability to be resistant to medication making surgery one of the only options. She is currently on medication but with her disease we were warned she could have a sudden death at any given time. Just as humans, medication and surgery is not cheap. It feels unfair to put a price tag on a life that means so much to me so I’m here to ask for help. I’m usually not the type of person to ask for help but this is an exception. She is my best friend and I can’t see a world without her. I suffer from depression, anxiety and PTSD. She has served as an emotional support dog since the moment I got her. She’s there to lick my tears when I’m sad and to sit next to me when I’m having an episode. It breaks my heart to see her have coughing fits to the point where she passes out, to go days without eating, days where she just sleeps and I can’t do anything to help HER. So I’m here asking you for help to save my dog and my best friend. We thankfully appreciate every penny donated.
