Hello friends and relatives of the Mendoza Family. 

On Tuesday, October 9, my father, Reynaldo Mendoza, was admitted to the ER after experiencing intense dizziness and head pain. Unfortunately, he suffered a severe and unexpected ischemic stroke and was declared brain dead a few days later. He is now deceased and at peace. 

Due to the tragic and unexpected nature of this unfortunate event, my family and I are raising money to help pay for his funeral expenses, medical bills, and home care costs as we figure out our next steps. Our dad was the sole provider for his household. 

Over the past week, we have already felt so much love and support from those around us. It is your loving energy that has helped carry us through this difficult time. If you are able to contribute anything, we greatly appreciate it. If you cannot donate monetarily, that is completely fine. We ask that you say a prayer for our family and so that my father may rest peacfully with the Lord. 

We will never understand why God has chosen this challenge for us, but we have faith in Him and that my father is needed as an angel now to watch over all of us. Until we see him again, my sisters, my mother, and I will miss him tremendously. Although it feels as though the wounds in our hearts are too big to heal, we beleive God is showing His love through everyone around us.
