Reynaldo Gonzalez Family Funeral Memorial Expenses
Hello Family and Friends, with deep sorrow the entire Gonzalez family announce the passing of our dear beloved Father Reynaldo Gonzalez, who passed on Sunday, July 4th 2021 at age 88 years old after fighting a sudden battle with aggressive metastatic cancer.
Our Dad Reynaldo Gonzalez passed away at his home in Baldwin Park, CA and was surrounded by his family and by my Mother, Yolanda Gonzalez by his side. He’s survived by his wife Yolanda of 53 years and their 13 children, grand and great grandchildren. He was a devoted father and husband and a devout Catholic man whom attended mass every Sunday and every obligation.
This page has been created for the purpose of family and friends the ability to contribute from all over the country, from Chicago Illinois to Texas to California. Your contributions will help our mother and family raise funds for end of life costs, funeral and memorial expenses that arise during this very difficult time. As my father was a humble man of menial needs throughout his entire life, but was rich with a loving family and deep religious values. Before our dads passing, his living sisters were notified and were able to speak with him by phone, as well as other relatives and children throughout the country, this brought my dad great comfort. It also brought him great comfort knowing several of his relatives near his hometown came to visit and speak to him at his bedside.
Reynaldo was an Air Force Veteran who proudly served the U.S. Armed Forces with a great sense of duty during the Korean War. He served in the military for almost 10 years. He traveled the world sailing from Maine to Southern Europe and Northern Africa and the Middle East. He was a hardworking man whom strived to provide for his many children and wife.
