Rex Keblar's medical bills

Friends and Family,
Rex and his wife Judy caught Covid-19 over the Thanksgiving Holiday and were nursing symptoms at home throughout the long weekend taking care of one another. On Saturday, Rex was struggling with his breathing so to be safe, he went to the Emergency Room to get checked out. The Doctors told him he had developed a case of Covid Pneumonia and sent him home for rest and fluids. He seemed to be turning the corner on Sunday, but it reversed course and got much worse by Monday and he was taken back to the Emergency Room Monday afternoon due to difficulty breathing and weakness. He was admitted to the hospital and soon after brought to the ICU where it was determined he needed a mechanical ventilator. His Blood Pressure was quite low so they are keeping a close watch on him and hoping to get a CT scan soon to check for any potential blood clots. Today is Day 2, he's still on the ventilator and doctors are giving him some anti-inflammatory in addition to anti-viral medication. Rex is battling for his life and has so much to live for; his beautiful wife Judy, their son's Charlie, Tony, and daughter Amanda, 2 darling little grand babies who need their Papa, friends, co-workers, cousins, Father, family and friends. The list goes on. Everyone who knows Rex, knows he loves his family and the life he's made. We need Rex back to his old self; grilling in the garage, concocting a new marinade for his ribs!
Tonight we are asking for your prayers for Rex to fully recover from this fierce virus, for his wife Judy and their family to stay strong during this uncertain and difficult times!
Although we really do not know what tomorrow is going to bring, we do know that the medical expenses will be a burden. With Rex unable to work, and Judy still on the mend herself from Covid, it will affect their income. We are hoping to raise some funds to help out with expenses. It's a way we can truly help them where we may feel isolated and helpless in other ways.
Rex is everybody's best friend and would give the shirt off of his back to help the guy next to him. He's helped me more times than I can count! He'd want nothing more than to know his wife is okay if he couldn't be there to ensure it. Thank you for considering a small donation on our GoFundMe page towards our goal of $2000. to assist in these costly medical expenses.
Covid is not a joke, Covid is real and it is ruthless. Please be safe out there everyone and thank you for your prayers and well wishes!
Sincerely,
Sueanne (Niece)
