UPDATE:

Rex gave the best fight he possibly could, but his body was weak and tired. He passed away the afternoon of March 8th with Colleen and Arthur holding his hands. He is going to be missed by all who knew him ❤️

As many of you know, my father in law, Rex, became extremely ill and was taken by ambulance to the hospital and was life flighted the next night to another hospital over 200 miles away from home. He’s been in the hospital for 2 weeks as of today and we’re looking at a much longer stay than anyone thought. My mother in law, Colleen, is spending the days with him in his room and has had to take leave from her job. Expenses are adding up quickly and with everything still up in the air, it’s time to reach out for help. Several people have offered rooms they have available as a place for her to stay, so she’ll be taken care of that way, but help with other expenses is needed. Any help anyone can give, whether donating or sharing, would be greatly appreciated! Thank you so much!
