Funeral services & burial

Hello, my name is Raneisha Smith.. On Saturday May 13th, 2023 a few hours before Mother's Day , Our Beloved Mother Delores Dennis passed from an unknown cause. It was sudden and definitely unexpected. Our mom has an insurance policy, but it's less than 2 years old which means it's contestable. This means that I have to wait for an autopsy to determine how she passed, (6-8 weeks) then wait for the death certificate to come back (that's another 6-8 weeks) before I can even file a claim. After the claim is filed they will pull her medical records from the last 5 years and could possibly deny the claim or just reimburse the premiums that's been paid .. That process can take 3-6 months.. We can't wait that long for our mom to be buried. Our mom left behind 5 grandchildren and 2 daughters, my sister and I .. My sister is completely visually impaired. This is over the top stressful knowing she had insurance that can't be used. Everything donated will be used to give our mom a home going and burial.
