Hello, I'm Santtu Sieppi, CEO of Welding Service Sieppi oy. I want to share an initiative that can have a tremendous impact in Ukraine. The war industry has a high demand for welders, and there are 5 million veterans seeking new job opportunities. By teaching welding skills, we can offer them a new career path and help fulfill the need for skilled welders.

In Ukraine, average pay for regular jobs is around 500 euros per month, while skilled welders can earn up to 1000 euros per month. Welding provides limitless work opportunities, allowing individuals to earn a higher income and improve their livelihoods.

Our plan is to assemble a team of skilled welders and travel to Ukraine to teach welding in local villages, schools, and even the military industry. We will focus on stick welding, which serves as the foundation for iron welding. For those with more experience, we'll also introduce TIG welding for specialized metalwork.

This initiative not only benefits veterans but also offers new opportunities for everyone. Learning welding opens the door to stable employment and a promising career path in various industries, including the military.

To make this vision a reality, we need support in various forms, including funding for welding equipment, teaching materials, logistics, and safety gear. Every contribution, big or small, will directly impact the success of our mission.
