If you are considering helping the Asheville community after the hurricane devastation, there are many organizations to give money to first. They provide necessities like food, water, clothes and shelter and so many people in our community need this assistance.

As for our French pastries venture, we are facing financial difficulties as the business basically stopped in its tracks and right before the busiest month of the year. We cannot resume work until water is restored, which might take several weeks or months.

Our full time employees do not have work anymore. The best way to support the bakery right now is to gather funds to support our staff. By helping them, they can sustain their essentials needs and in turn give some of their time to help shift the direction of the business.

In the near future, we may have to change our offerings and adapt for what comes next, and it is our goal to continue to support our employees, our friends, and our community.
