My name is Jowanna Washington I am seeking assistance in obtaining funds to help get justice for my baby girl 19 month old KACI GISÈLLE CYPRIAN who was shot in the head and arm and succumbed to the attack & my AUTISTIC now 5 year old son KAISYN AMIR CYPRIAN who was shot in the hand resulting in paralysis of his finger in an incident involving the Lafayette Police Department.
