Missy has always leaned into the stories, nourishment, gathering, in service of creating spaces for community healing, joy, support, reverence and above all, safety for all.

Help Missy Answer Her Call to Interfaith Leadership

Missy is answering that call by attending Pittsburgh Theological Seminary—a place where she’s preparing to serve a world that desperately needs her voice and vision. You know them from the Baltimore music scene, the training and education world, faith based justice advocacy, shooting amazing pictures of your protests and actions, and snuggling emus and teaching children to love the natural world. Now they’re taking their faith, passion for connection, justice, and super power at dreaming new worlds to seminary. Rev. Dr. QueenEarth now loading!

But this path is not easy—and she can’t walk it alone.

We’re raising $7,500 to help Missy cover tuition, books, and living expenses so she can focus on the sacred work ahead. Every dollar you give is a seed planted in a more compassionate, inclusive, and spiritually rich future.

Please donate as you’re able to help get Missy through their first year of seminary. And do it selfishly–we need them to come home with even more skills to support the many communities with which Missy gathers.

What does that mean for us?

In about 3 years we’ll have a dope, newly ordained queer pastor in town! Missy enriches our lives and our Baltimore community with their music and art in so many ways, and now its our time to support them! We need their preaching and creative ministry more than ever.
