Rev. Jesus Gonzalez - Chuito asked Digna Negron to marry him and she said yes. On December 31, 2020 they celebrated 60 years of marriage. On January 5, 2021, at 3:15 PM he passed away to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
Pastor Gonzalez was beloved by many, many people. His legacy is imbedded with his 8 children - Jesus Jr. (Jessie), Orlando, Marilyn, Sorines, Steven, Eliezer, Herson, and Benjamin, who greeted him in heaven with open arms. Every one of his children loved and respected him, every day of his life.
He was a grandfather to 25 children, many which grew up and had children of their own, evidenced by the 15 kids who knew him as their Great-Grandfather.
One of his greatest joys, and challenges, was pastoring Rehoboth Christian Church in Milford, MA for 34 years. In the ten years of his ministry, he also worked a full-time job. He was the epitome of a hard-working man but more importantly, recognized by all who knew him as a man of integrity. Although he fathered only his eight children, he is called, "Dad" by many more.
On behalf of the Gonzalez Family, you have our sincerest thank-you's for donating to help our mom go forward and live her life with the memories of her amazing husband, and less worries.
