Pastor Arinze is in urgent need of hip replacement surgery for his right hip as a result of a long-enduring infection. Pastor has been treated for the infection for two years with eventual success but not before the hip bone was severely damaged. It is extremely painful for Pastor to walk or even stand.
This man of God serves as senior pastor at a Christian church in Sao Tome & Principe (STP), which is a two-island nation off the coast of West Africa. He lives there with his wife, his young son and baby daughter. Medical expertise  required for hip replacement surgery is not available in STP and, through much prayer and research, he has been able to find the medical expertise and post-surgery rehabilitation in India.
