My name is Jessica, and I am a close family friend of the Davidsons. Their story is a long and difficult one.

Child Protective Services is involved, and a hearing was conducted on November 1st, and the court denied the removal of the children. Then CPS tried again to remove the children on November 29th, and the same judge granted the removal of the children based on evidence not presented in court, only on a filing.

I do know that they are working on Appealing the Order made by the court.

These funds are going directly to help with anything the family may need.
