Hello everyone, on February 9th, my dearest uncle suffered an aneurysm that led him to have a stroke during surgery.  It’s been several months now and he is still in the hospital making small progress.  It has been tough on my entire family financially, especially my aunt since she has not been able to go to work.

Once he is released from the hospital, to help him get back on his feet he will need to go through intensive therapy and rehabilitation care. We are not sure how soon that will be.  

The next step from here will be intensive weeks of stroke therapy at an inpatient facility followed by an extended stay in a professional nursing facility where he will continue therapy until he gets to go home. We have a very long road ahead of us but my uncle has an  AMAZING group of friends and family that care very much for him.

We are raising money to help with medical expenses, nursing facility expenses, and for my aunt Margarita. She has not left his bedside since the stroke occurred. She will be by his side every step of the way.
