Meet Max!

Max's dad, Jonathon, is working hard so that the two of them can be reunited, but they need your help.

Jonathon lost his job several months ago and has run out of savings. He's working hard to find a new job, but in the meantime, Jonathon isn't allowed to keep his beloved Max at the boardinghouse where he's staying--and even if he could, he doesn't have the money to take as good care of Max as this sweet little fuzzball deserves.

So Jonathon did a hard thing: he placed Max with a foster family. And although the family is wonderful, Max misses his dad very much. And it's mutual: Max is Jonathon's emotional support doggo. Max has even saved his dad's life a couple times by loving on him when he was contemplating suicide.

Jonathon needs to get his computer and bicycle out of pawn to pursue job leads (his boardinghouse is not on a bus route). He also needs a cushion of three months' rent so that, once he gets a job, he can save up for a place that will take Max.

Please help put that adorable smile back on Max's face by getting him back to his dad once and for all.
