Reunite Lyam with his family

Hi,

My name is Shaun and I am from NY but living in Sri Lanka. I have 5 kids. Kenza (27) who is in Paris, Lyam (24) who is in Hawaii and 3 in Sri Lanka with me, Kiran (18), Luna (12) and Zayn (8).

Lyam has a little boy Zuko who is almost 4.

Lyam and his wife bought a farm in Hawaii and were doing pretty well with his wife and son. Lyam had some tough times and some marital problems and was arrested last year in Hawaii. He has since had time to reflect on his life, his good and bad choices and what is the most important in his life... Zuko and his loved ones.

He has patched things up with his wife and speaks regularly to her and to his little boy.

He has been in jail in Hilo for almost a year but has not had a court case as of yet. This is in part because his wife has declined to appear in court and she is out of state.

They have a plan to move together to Sri Lanka and start an eco farm here. Sri Lanka is tropical paradise and as the rest of us are here it is a good environment to raise his son with his wife.

Lyam has organized from inside jail a job, a cosigner and a place to stay when he is out. He has also organized a legal defense and most likely he will be able to wrap up the case much quicker when he is out.

As his father I have never defended Lyam when he has made wrong choices but I have always provided clear moral guidelines and advice and of course love... What I have seen with Lyam is that his stay in jail has allowed him to take a personal journey of reflection and self-improvement. He has had lots of time to read, meditate and reflect on how to avoid making bad choices and how to focus on what is really important in life. Speaking regularly with Lyam it has been a joy to see his journey of self growth.

Now it is time to get him out and allow him to move on.
