Help us reunite a displaced family from Gaza in Cairo

Alaa and her 4 children Mohamed (10), Ahmed (8), Malak (6) and Mesk (3) have been tragically displaced after losing their home, some members of their family, and all their belongings in Gaza. They have been safely relocated to Egypt.

They are in Cairo without family or any source of income and are in need of your generous contributions to help them with housing and food. The children, innocent victims of circumstances beyond their control, are now facing an uncertain future. Alaa’s husband and the father of the 4 kids, Iyad, is still stuck in Gaza.

Iyad loved spending time with his kids. He encouraged his sons to join the local football team and never missed a match. He used to take his daughters out to the club and enjoyed spending time with them. When he wasn’t working, he was a great husband and an incredible father.

The funds raised will go towards evacuating Iyad ($9,000), securing accommodation ($300 a month), providing essential supplies, and addressing the immediate needs of the family. Alaa and her kids have been alternating between two outfits since they left Gaza and can barely afford food. We aim to support the children's overall well-being during this challenging time. Your contribution will also assist in rebuilding a sense of stability and security for the family.

The invasion of Rafah is planned to take place in Eid, which is less than 10 days away. Iyad is currently in Rafah so his life is in danger. His wife and kids are depending on your donations to safely get him through Rafah to Egypt.

We are Nomi Sladko and Sebastien Stolarczyk, activists from Berlin who are in direct contact with the displaced family in Cairo - to who we will be sending the money to. We have people on the ground in Cairo that are supporting the family in all proceedings.
