A Mother’s Fight: Help Reunite Our Family

Hello, my name is Anita, and I am the mother of four wonderful daughters: Kaylee, Avery, Catalina, and my youngest, Halo. My children are my entire world, each of them bringing light and love into my life in their own unique way.

Recently, our family was torn apart due to an unjust intervention by Child Protective Services (CPS), based on false allegations. My daughters were taken from me, and the pain of this separation is indescribable. Halo, my youngest, has Down syndrome and a heart condition—she needs her mother’s love and care now more than ever.

I am fighting every day to bring my girls home, but I can’t do it alone. To reunite with my daughters, I urgently need help with:

Stable Housing – A safe, loving home where my daughters can thrive.

Reliable Transportation – To ensure I can attend court hearings and Halo’s critical medical appointments.

Legal Representation – An attorney who will fight tirelessly to correct this injustice and bring my children back home.

CPS is making it nearly impossible for me to fight for my rights. We aren’t even being told when the next court hearing is, and I fear they will try to terminate my parental rights without warning. I refuse to let this happen, but I need resources to keep fighting.
