Our Story

Last year, my world turned upside down. I nearly lost my life after four hospital stays from severe pancreatitis, including two terrifying weeks in the ICU. My right lung collapsed, I developed sepsis, and I lost over 100 pounds. I had to relearn how to walk. My husband stayed by my side through it all, never leaving me.

But this fundraiser isn’t about me. It’s our mother.

She’s critically ill in Pennsylvania, scared to death, and hasn’t seen us in years. She has told us through tears that her biggest fear is leaving this world without seeing her son and granddaughter again. That thought breaks us. We love her deeply — she’s not just his mother, she’s my second mom too.

We’ve found affordable homes in Pennsylvania where we could move, bring her home, and give her the care she deserves. My husband even has job opportunities waiting there. But without help, we can’t cover the moving and housing costs on our own.

How Your Donation Will Be Used

Travel & Moving Costs ($4,000): To safely relocate from Arkansas to Pennsylvania.

Housing & Deposits ($5,000): So we can secure a modest, safe home where she can live with us.

Basic Living Expenses ($2,000): Rent, utilities, food, and essentials while we transition.

Medical & Care Support ($1,000): Covering medications, equipment, and urgent needs

What We Fear Most
