I am an Audio Engineer that lives in Houston, Texas and have been working at a national touring level for quite a while. It started back in 1999 when I blew out my back the first time. I had a three level bone fusion L2,L3 & L4. around 2012 I had another surgery on my neck and had a four level bone fusion. I have what they call Degenerative Disc Disease. I have been living with this affliction now for 18 years. I have been able to still work and function till here recently. I have finally destroyed the disc (L2) below where I had my first surgery 17 years ago. It has made life very difficult. I can no longer work and it

is causing more damage the more I do. The pain has become unberable and the only solution I have now is surgery. The $60,000 will cover the cost of surgery, x-rays and MRI, and any other medical costs that will arise. This is the only hope I have left! Without the surgery I will not have a life. The sooner I can raise the funds the sooner I can return to a productive life.
