Return Oscar Lung'aho Home To Kenya

Donation protected
Oscar Lung'aho, a beloved husband and father, transitioned on August 26, 2018 at age 53. Originally from Kenya, he traveled to the Atlanta, Georgia for education opportunities, at age 19.  There he met Wanda Brown, his loving wife and best friend. They settled in Arkansas where Oscar fathered four handsome boys: Luanzo, Mujera, John, and Calvin.
Oscar left his impression on the community with love and care as a coach, mentor and much more. He was resilient until the day he left this earth. His wishes are to complete renovations  for the church in the village he grew up in  and return home to be buried in his homeland, Kenya. To honor of his last wishes his family is asking for donations to renovate the church and transport Oscar’s body. The cost of embalming Oscar's body and transporting him Kenya would be around $9,000. The remaining $9,500 will cover family travel cost in order to be present for the ceremony and renovation costs. The family would like to transport his body in September of 2018 and have initial expenses covered by September 17th. The family will be responsible for the final expenses.
