The Retreat and Reimagine Weekend is a free event providing space for LA-based Black women in the movement to safely connect with community in nature, restore our personal energy reserves, and spark creativity in our movements. The weekend will host 16 women that were hand-selected by our team to enjoy this space based on the meaningful work they do every day to liberate Black folx.

Funds will be used to ensure participants can have access to free radical rest with food, accommodations, and COVID testing. Speaking of COVID, funds will also be used to ensure maximum social distancing and personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure the safety of our beloved community.

Anything you can share with us will be used to invest directly into our activists, creatives, birth worker, communicators, and all-around brilliant Black women. In a time of deep chaos, Black women have continued to lead us all through tough times and into a more liberated future, it's time we took care of them!

To promote transparency, an expense report will be posted on the fundraising page following the retreat so you can see how your investment contributed to Black Women's healing.
