Retired Fireman in need of support

Hello all, we are opening this account on behalf of David Herrera, a very loved and cherished healthcare worker and retired Paramedic with the Albuquerque Fire Department of 22 years. Dave was recently diagnosed with a malignant brain tumor and has undergone two extensive brain surgeries since May 2023 after a sudden onset of seizures. David is in the middle of a prolonged ICU stay after several complications and surgery on 8/9/23.

All who know David, know him as the kindest, most caring soul one could meet. He is the most incredible father of two beautiful girls, a loving devoted, husband, a great son, uncle, and an amazing friend. David is the first person willing to help when someone is in need, has spent his entire life serving others, and has served our community for many years in service with the Albuquerque Fire Department and Presbyterian.

As a community, we have the opportunity to come together and provide vital support during this time of great need.
