Simon served for 27 years in the fire service and was praised on many occasions for action in saving people lives, only to be hounded out of his career by managers of Avon Fire & Rescue Service, for not stopping or challenging the use of the word “Fireman” in the work place.
For the past 3 years he has suffered with health while preparing for the employment tribunal, which Simon unfortunately lost. Simon had to pay his own legal cost which was in excess of £15,000.
I would like to try to help him recover some of his costs, as at the end of the day it wasn’t him who used the word “Fireman”
Every little bit will help this guy out.
The British “wokes” need to look at the real issues, not words that are being used.
