Pompano Beach Firefighter Janeen McKenzie in Need

This is for everyone who has ever known Janeen McKenzie or would like to simply help one of the strongest women and firefighters to ever work in Pompano Beach. Throughout her career she battled breast cancer and retired from the City of Pompano Beach with 20 years of service in 2014. Recently, Janeen's fight with cancer has taken a turn for the worst and has metastasized and is currently in Stage 4. After many rounds of chemo with negative results hospice was established and she was able to be sent home for her remaining time to enjoy with her beloved son, Kyle. The Pompano Beach Firefighters, The Pompano Beach Firefighter's Benevolent and countless others are asking for your help in this time of need for our sister, Janeen.
