Retired & Cold: Tim and Val Need Your Help

Hi.. We are Tim and Val Pursel.. We're both retired and on a fixed income.. We never thought we would be doing something like this, but in the space of 3 days our clothes dryer died (not that big of a deal) and our heater died as well (a much bigger deal).. We don't have the money to get either of them fixed.. Here it is the second day of winter and we have no heat.. We are using electric space heaters but they aren't getting the temp in our house much above 60 degrees.. We are hoping that we can get some help to at least get the heater fixed.. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated..
