After 27 years in cybersecurity, security engineering, digital forensics, and technical investigations, I believe it is time to rethink how we establish trust online. I'm raising funds for my company, Emergency Response Security Group, to research and develop a next-generation alternative to CAPTCHA and traditional "I am not a robot" verification systems.

Our goal is to create a secure, accessible, privacy-conscious solution that does not depend on artificial intelligence, invasive tracking, or unnecessary collection of personal information. I want to turn decades of experience solving complex technical problems into a practical innovation that can distinguish legitimate human users from automated activity without making the internet more intrusive or frustrating for everyday people.

This initiative is about more than replacing a checkbox. We are witnessing profound changes in technology, employment, and education. Artificial intelligence is reshaping the job market, experienced professionals are competing in increasingly oversaturated applicant pools, and educational institutions are confronting new challenges involving academic integrity, independent thinking, and authentic human achievement. I believe technological progress should empower people, not diminish the value of their knowledge, creativity, and experience.

Through Emergency Response Security Group, I want to bring together talented cybersecurity researchers, software engineers, cryptography specialists, usability researchers, and other technical professionals to develop an innovative approach to human verification. Along the way, I hope to create meaningful employment opportunities, support independent innovation, protect digital trust, and demonstrate the value of human-centered engineering.

Funding would first support hiring an experienced research and engineering team, building secure research and testing infrastructure, designing and developing a working prototype, and conducting independent security and accessibility assessments. The first phase would focus on technical feasibility, architectural design, threat modeling, controlled testing, and building a functional proof of concept before moving further toward commercialization. This is an independent, for-profit research and development initiative, and contributions will support the development of technology through Emergency Response Security Group.

Human intelligence is not obsolete. Experience matters. Privacy matters. Education matters. If you're able to support this fundraiser, your contribution or share would help move this work from concept to real research, engineering, and testing, and bring a better approach to digital trust closer to reality.
